Alcudia is a picturesque town located in the north of Mallorca, known for its beautiful medieval wall, which you can scroll along enjoying the city from above. Alcudia is just a 5 minute drive inland from it’s coastal sister town Port de Alcudia. We love this area of Mallorca and while we’re visiting, we couldn’t resist trying some cafés and restaurants – so here’s a list of our top vegan places in Alcudia and Port de Alcudia.
Verdateja
Calledel Lledoner, 13, 07400 Alcúdia, Mallorca
This vegan/vegetarian restaurant may be small, but it compensates with its character. Verdeteja is proud to offer a homemade lunch menu which has regular updates, so you’ll never get bored. We really enjoyed their vegan take of the traditional Mallorcan sobrassada.
Café Dolce Vita
Paseo Maritimo 44, 07400 Port de Alcúdia, Mallorca
Don’t miss this charming café and cocktail bar on your visit to Port de Alcudia. Open for breakfast, lunch as well as daytime drinks and snacks, Café Dolce Vita offers a 100% vegan breakfast menu, including toasts, waffles, bagels and more. We recommend the vegan tuna which tastes almost like the real thing!
Namaste Indian & Himalaya Curry House
Calle dels Mariners, 07400 Port d’Alcúdia, Mallorca
Himalaya Curry house and its sister restaurant Namaste in Port de Alcudia, have some of the highest restaurant ratings in this area of Mallorca. An extensive vegan-friendly curry menu along with mouth-watering starters such as onion bahjis, vegetable samosas and vegetable pakoras, you’ll be spoilt for choice!
Cafeteria Pizzeria Croasan
Avenida Tucan, 3, 07400 Puerto de Alcudia, Mallorca
This modest pizza restaurant slash café serves four tasty vegan burgers, vegan pizza made with the traditional ‘Trempo’ vegetables, vegetable paella and vegetable pamboli. Located in the Port de Alcudia’s busting centre, Cafeteria Pizzeria Croasan is the perfect spot for some delicious lunch or evening meal after enjoying the day on Alcudia’s famous beach.
